How to use for glueless, Asian/Korean, or hybrid lash lifts:

Mix ~30–50% of Powder Lift into lifting lotion to make it tacky enough to lift lashes without glue
Mix ~30% into fixing lotion
To thicken runny lotions, use ~20% Powder Lift
