Make your own foamy eye make-up remover with this foaming pump bottle. Dilute Clean 11 concentrate with distilled water for home use and with NaCl for professional use (opens cuticles). Use the measuring cup provided, clean & dry after using. Best to mix with gloves and use UV sanitized foamers.
