Quarantine is a great time to learn how to keep your eyebrows in check by giving them a Brow Lift at home. It manages unruly eyebrows and gives thin eyebrows a fuller appearance. It’s suitable for anyone, just make sure your skin underneath and around the brows does not have any damage (such as sunburn, pimples, microblading etc).

Here are our easy to follow steps how to do Brow Lift:

1. CLEANSING OF THE BROWS WITH CLEAN11 FOAM

Cleanse eyebrows thoroughly before the treatment to get rid of any make-up, natural oils etc. You don’t need to remove Clean11 with water. NB! Do not exfoliate the brows to avoid the curling lotion coming into contact with injured skin.

2. EASY LIFT IS USED TO PREPARE BROWS BEFORE BROW LAMINATION TO MAKE THEM SUPER SOFT AND EASILY BENDABLE

It gently opens hair cuticles without drying hairs out like traditional primers. It allows lotions to penetrate brow hairs more efficiently. Apply a generous amount onto microfiber (lipgloss) wand and cover brow hairs thoroughly without soaking them. Easy Lift needs 30 sec to make hairs softer and then proceed with the treatment normally.

3. APPLICATION OF THE CURLING LOTION

If you look at the picture below you can see that the bottom part of the brow hairs usually naturally grow upwards and the hairs on the top part grow downwards. The more you need to change the angle of the hairs, the more you need to work on the brows.

Start applying curling lotion from the top of the eyebrow to let the small cross hairs on top of the eyebrow (these take the longest to process) to come into contact with Curling lotion first (photo 3.1).

Quickly cover the whole eyebrow with a sufficient layer of Curling lotion – the thicker the lotion layer the more efficiently it works. The direction of brow hairs is not important at this stage, just cover the brow as quickly as possible.

Cover with cling film (don’t press it flat as this will spread the lotion) + heating mask (photo 3.3). Remove lotion residue with dry paper towel or cotton bud by brushing the brow hairs up.

EXPOSURE TIME: brows with normal texture - 5 minutes; brows with strong or very strong texture - 6 minutes.

4. APPLICATION OF THE FIXING LOTION

Shape the brows as desired immediately after application of the fixing lotion, using a mini applicator brush as its dense bristles separate brow hairs perfectly much quicker than regular brushes.

First brush all hairs up at the following angles for maximum effect: 90° / 75° / 45° / 0°. Then make the top of the eyebrow cleaner by brushing the hairs to the side.

Apply fixing lotion to the brows in the direction shown in the picture below. Cover with cling film (press it only slightly so you don’t mess up the shape you have created) + heating mask.

EXPOSURE TIME: 6 minutes for all brow hair types, but don’t worry if it stays on for a bit longer as this is not an aggressive product so it will not have a negative effect on brows. Remove lotion residue with dry paper towel or cotton bud by brushing the brow hairs up in the direction mentioned above.

5. CHEMICAL TINTING OF BROWS

As the brow hairs are already chemically treated, the exposure time for the chemical tint is shorter than normal for the desired outcome.

6. SHINE REPAIR – FIXING THE SHAPE OF BROW LIFT AND PROVIDING EXTRA NOURISHMENT AND GLOSS TO THE BROWS WITH A MINI APPLICATOR BRUSH

Shape the brows as desired immediately after application of Shine Repair, using a mini applicator brush as its dense bristles separate brow hairs perfectly much quicker than regular brushes.

First brush all hairs up at the following angles for maximum effect: 90° / 75° / 45° / 0°. Then make the top of the eyebrow cleaner by brushing the hairs to the side.

Apply Shine Repair to the brows in the direction shown in the picture below. Cover with cling film (press it only slightly so you don’t mess up the shape you have created).
